1 DAY SPECTACULAR
Dear Sir/Madam,
I could not let the opportunity pass to write and thank you most sincerely for a truly wonderful day spent on Christmas Day.
We did not tell the children until we woke them at 4.00am to find a letter from Father Christmas inviting them to come and see where he lived on the same day. From the moment we reached the airport to when we returned home everything was perfect.
The priceless moment for me was when we went into Father Christmas' Log Cabin only to see the paintings, which the children had left for him at the bottom of our chimney on Christmas Eve, up on his mantelpiece!
A day we will never forget - worth every penny.

1 DAY LAPLAND DREAM
Dear Canterbury Travel,
Firstly I would like to congratulate you on your very knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales team. When I made the initial enquiry the lady I spoke to was so encouraging and enthusiastic that when I put the phone down I as excited as any little child would have been, and I am very pleased to tell you that the trip went exactly as she had explained.
It was a magical experience one that my wife and I will never forget, My little boy Lewis is six years old and to say that he was overwhelmed is an understatement. His face was a picture from the moment we landed and he got his first glimpse of the snow to the last minute when I took a completely exhausted but very happy little boy home.
The highlight was meeting Father Christmas and also visiting his workshop which if anything made the whole experience reality for my son. He loved all the activities especially the huskies and reindeer...

We have just arrived back from a Lapland Extravaganza trip and can I say what a wonderful day we had with our grandson Nathan. What a refreshing change to find a totally uncommercialised magical place. The trip was fantastic from the moment we stepped on the plane with all the staff superb.

1 DAY NORTH POLE POST OFFICE
Dear Sirs,
I felt I had to write and tell you how much my family and I enjoyed our visit to the North Pole Post Office. It was a really magical day. I must admit I had my reservations in view of adverse publicity prior to our trip albeit by a different company, but I need not have worried. I would also like to thank you most sincerely for the presents the children had. My grandsons aged 14 and 12 did not expect anything as they had been told they were too old, but lo and behold Santa Claus had something for them as well as the 5 year old.

2 DAY MAGICAL ARIA
Dear Canterbury Travel,
We have just returned from a two day Magical Aria trip to Jeris and we felt that we had to contact you and tell you what a wonderful time we had.
We were very impressed with the organisation from start to finish of our trip, everyone we met there was kind and helpful, from Santa and the elfs to the helpers, tour guides and hotel staff, they all really put themselves out to ensure a wonderful time was had by all. Both our sons had a superb time but our ten year old son had such a good time he was crying because he did not want to come back to England and is insisting on returning to Lapland as soon as possible.

3 DAY MAGICAL MOMENTS

We have been looking forward to taking our little boy to find Father Christmas since he was born as he is now four, so you can imagine the pressure that we felt to get this once in a lifetime holiday just right for him and ourselves . . . our guide .made so much effort with all the children and he was very professional as were all the guides and especially the elfs who never once dropped the pretence of whom they were portraying.. I would have no doubt in recommending you to anyone and it was worth every penny.
Well done to everyone and you even got his mum and dad to BELIEVE just for a moment. Thank you

4 DAY MAGICAL INTERLUDE
Dear everyone at Canterbury Travel,
Thank you so much for giving us a magical Christmas in Lapland. From the plane journey, tours, food, log cabin, in fact everything was so well organised. Mostly we would like to thank Mikka, our tour guide who was fantastic and made our Christmas holiday so special.
I will stop writing now as I could write a book about our holiday.Once again thanks, and have a lovely Christmas and a happy 2005.

4 DAY INTERMEZZO
Dear Sirs,
Whilst we were on holiday in Luosto between Christmas and New Year my husband Geoff, suffered a heart attack ..our tour guide for that day rang an ambulance and took us by coach to the Hotel Luostotunturi where a member of staff came to assist Geoff with a defibrillator, whilst we were waiting for the ambulance..they took us to a hospital in Sodankyla where they stabilized him before transferring him to Rovaniemi...it was decided that an angiogram should be performed at Oulu where we had the disturbing news Geoff had coronary disease and and that bypass surgery was necessary.. And was a complete success..
We wish to express our gratitude to the very many people who helped us in Finland...we are indebted to anybody involved from the young tour guide. your tour representative Rikka Kemppainen..the hotel staff members..ambulance crews, nurses and doctors at all three hospitals to the surgeon who performed the operation.
We had a most remarkable and extraordinary experience , one which we will never forget. We will never tire of expressing to people how lucky we were to be in the right place at the right time.

5 DAY MAGICAL SOJOURN

My family and I have just returned from a five day Magical Sojourn trip to Lapland. Our ages ranging from 3 to 65 years old. 5 DAY CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

Many thanks for all the hard work and organisation that went into the Christmas Celebration trip we have just returned from. To spend Christmas in such beautiful surroundings was truly magical. Our guide on the coach was superb and so very helpful as well as keeping the children amused and singing songs as we searched for Santa. The actual Santa meeting was by far the highlight of any holiday we have ever had and will never be forgotten.
