Luosto Resort

This tour operates in association with our selection of 2, 3, and 4 night holidays to the resort of Luosto.

Rather than have your own individual log cabin or hotel room, you will be accommodated in a traditional 6 bedroom log cabin which consists of 2 bedrooms for 4 persons (twin beds in room plus double sofa bed in separate area) 2 bedrooms for 3 persons (twin beds in 1 room and a separate room with 1 bed) and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Each of these 6 bedrooms are equipped with a power steam shower and wc.The cabin has jointly shared sauna and a separate Jacuzzi. In true house party style a chef rather than a chalet girl prepares all meals for the guests meaning that you achieve the ability of staying in a top quality log cabin without the need to go to a restaurant for any of your meals.

The property is not licensed and to comply with Finland's strict liquor laws it is not possible to provide wine/beers etc within the inclusive price. However these may be pre ordered and an appropriate order form will be supplied in advance. All meals on this tour are taken in Plakkari cabin including lunches.
An enhanced menu is provided.



Festive Christmas Offers

Limited Free Child Places: 
FREE Child places are available on selected departures and subject to availability and must be booked prior to October 2010. Each booking must consist of a minimum of 2 adults and 2 children and the youngest child in the party will qualify for the free child place.
Higher Child Reductions: 
Travel on 02 Dec and secure higher child reduction of £200 per child up to 13 year.
Free Place For Party Bookings: 
Travel on 02 Dec and you can qualify for our generous party-booking discount. For each 9 paying persons the 10th passenger travels free. Discount is calculated on the basis of the least expensive person travelling free of charge.

Flight: 
All flights are non-smoking. Flight schedule and aircraft type to be advised when booking. Where flight operate via another airport, you can expect to spend approx 45 minutes on the gruond. It is not usually necessary to disembark the aircraft.

Insurance Premiums: 
UK £40 adult, £20 child 2-15 yrs.

Pricing: 
Prices in British Pounds per Paying Person sharing the accommodation. Each cabin or room is reserved privately for the number in that party. i.e. If 3 persons book a cabin for 6 it remains private for the 3 persons concerned as the under occupancy supplement is already included in the price for 3.

Each room within the cabin is reserved for the number within that room ie 3 persons will be allocated a room for 3 or at our discretion a room for 4 on sole occupancy basis.
Tours cost includes services as specified in the itinerary, accommodation, meals and tours, gift allowance for children aged 2-11 and loan of overgarments and boots at the resort.
For each departure there is a minimum occupancy requirement for Plakkari of 6 persons. Each individual booking received counts towards this minimum requirement. Therefore your family and one other should ensure the tour operation which is of course subject to booking condition 13 (minimum charter numbers).
