2 nights in the Resort of Luosto
Many years ago before the recent development of tourism within Lapland it was the norm to provide ground arrangements for very small parties practically catered to on an individual basis. In the following inclusive arrangements we return to our grass roots and offer our VIP package to our resort of Luosto.
We start with quality air transportation arrangements using corporate jets on a shared family basis (sole use for less than 6 persons can be arranged at a supplement). This permits us to secure aircraft from 6 to 18 seats flying from a selection of airports. As with other tours within this programme arrangements are subject to a minimum number of participants (in this case 6 with each individual paying person counting towards this minimum requirement) Thus with 2 families in total booking a departure from the same airport on the same date (i.e. yours and another family) the tour will operate.
On arrival at your Lappish airport transfers will be provided to Luosto where accommodation will be provided in our 3 bedroom Luosto Villas. Prior to your being accommodated you will receive warm overgarments and boots on loan for the duration of you stay.
Our villas offer a ski in ski out facility being adjacent to the ski slope at Luosto. Within the villa it would be normal for guests to prepare their own meals within the kitchen of the villa. However for our guests we have arranged the delivery of restaurant meals directly to the villas at times chosen by you. Our programme is based on a two night stay and like any restaurant you will be able to pre order your chosen meal. As we are in the Artic however meals must be pre chosen to ensure the appropriate ingredients are available as there are only limited deliveries within the resort. A meal plan will be forwarded to you prior to your departure.
Our tour programme is based on a 2 night stay with the following itinerary:-
Day 1: Fly from your selected airport to Lapland where upon arrival transfer will be provided to the resort of Luosto. On arrival you will be provided with warm overclothing and boots. Dinner will be provided in your individual family villa.
Day 2: Relaxed breakfast served in your individual villa. During today you will be provided with a family reindeer safari and husky safari with lunch taken from the A La Carte selection within one of the restaurants in Luosto. Dinner will once again be provided in your Luosto villa. Do look out for Santa as we are sure he is awaiting your visit.
Day 3: Following your relaxed breakfast our activity programme continues. Soon we will be using snowmobiles and sleighs as our search for Santa continues. With the help of our elf friends we are certain to find him this morning and our special individual family encounter will ensure that everyone has the chance to discuss their Christmas wishes with the man himself. After our morning activity programme we return to Luosto and lunch at a selected restaurant before undertaking check out and a return to the airport for your homeward flight.
LUOSTO VILLAS: Adjacent to the ski slope these 3 bedroomed villas offer amongst the highest specification of accommodation within the resort. A duplex villa over 2 floors the master bedroom is ensuite with Jacuzzi. There are 2 additional bedrooms, a log fireplace with sitting area and a superb sauna area with power and steam shower facilities. The first floor level has in addition a good lounge area, eating area and kitchen.
